At My Elite PA, we understand that each client’s needs are unique. That’s why we offer flexible pricing options to ensure you get the support you need at a price that works for you. Whether you prefer a pay-as-you-go option or a more structured retainer package, we’ve got you covered.

If you only need occasional assistance or prefer to pay for services as you go, our Pay-As-You-Go pricing plan is the perfect solution. You can choose the hours you need, and we will provide the support with no long-term commitment.

Pay-As-You-Go Rates:

• Hourly Rate: £40.00 per hour
• Minimum Booking: 2 hours

(Note: We use time tracking software to ensure you only pay for the work that is undertaken.  All tasks rounded the nearest 10 minutes) 

For clients who require ongoing support, our retainer packages offer the best value, with a dedicated number of hours per month, at a discounted rate. This option ensures you have consistent, priority access to our virtual assistant services, helping you stay on top of all your administrative needs.

Bronze Package

• £380.00 per month (equivalent to £38.00 an hour) 
• 10 hours per month
• Includes support, Monday to Friday 
• Perfect for smaller businesses or occasional administrative help

Silver Package

• £740.00 per month (equivalent to £37.00 an hour) 
• 20 hours per month
• Includes support, Monday to Friday 
• Ideal for businesses needing ongoing support and task management

Gold Package

• £1080.00 per month (equivalent to £36.00 an hour) 
• 30 hours per month
• Includes priority support, Monday to Friday. 
• Best for growing businesses that require consistent, comprehensive support

Platinum Package 

• £1400.00 per month (equivalent to £35.00 an hour)  
• 40 hours per month 
• Includes priority support, Monday to Friday. 
• Best for growing businesses that require consistent, comprehensive support

( All fees are exclusive of UK VAT which is charged in addition.  Unused hours do not roll over each month).
